Prysmian Group in McKinney, TX is seeking an energetic North America I&C Inside Sales Specialist. You will work with sales agents, the internal production team, and inside sales to deliver white-glove service to customers in the electrical industry.

This role emphasizes strong order management, product knowledge, and collaborative teamwork to ensure timely production, shipping, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, supply chain, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of inside sales, logistics, or customer service management.

Responsabilités

• Order Management: Partner with sales agents to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and accurately. Manage modifications, changes, and cancellations. Coordinate with logistics to resolve in-transit and delivery issues. Track orders and provide updates. Review quotations and ensure readiness for production. Accelerate order entry to support on-time manufacturing and delivery.
• Product Knowledge: Develop understanding of electrical industry products and applications; learn specs and use cases to support sales and customers; adapt to new product information.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a team-first mindset with respect, honesty, accountability, and a solutions-oriented approach; support team goals and customer needs.
