Prysmian in McKinney, TX, is seeking a North America I&C Inside Sales Specialist to support order management and customer service for the electrical industry. You will work with sales agents, production, and logistics to ensure timely, accurate responses and strong customer relationships.

The role requires 2–5 years in inside sales or related fields and a Bachelor's degree in business, management, or supply chain.

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, supply chain, or equivalent experience (preferred)
• 2-5 years of inside sales, logistics, or customer service management (required)

Responsabilidades

• Partner with sales agents to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and accurately.
• Manage order modifications, including additions, changes, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to resolve in-transit and delivery challenges.
• Track orders throughout the production process and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
• Review and process approved quotations, serving as the final quality check before production.
• Accelerate order entry into production to support on-time manufacturing, shipping, and delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, particularly in time-sensitive situations.
