Job summary

Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. in Akron, OH is seeking an Inside Sales – Electrical representative. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, attaining new customers, and maintaining accounts within the plumbing, electrical and HVAC sectors.

You will respond to inquiries, process orders, provide pricing quotes, promote promotions, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to grow sales. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous sales experience.
• Knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

• Work to attain new customers.
• Maintain assigned accounts and update related customer support files.
• Call customers on regular basis.
• Keep call logs and discuss sales activity with the Branch Manager.
• Sell products to customer, process returns and credits.
• Answer customer questions and process orders.
• Assist customers make correct selections.
• Promote additional/ alternate items to increase sales volume.
• Promote and explain special promotions, Spiffs or programs.
• Communicate with customers on account status.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines; purchasing notes, flyers, trade magazines.
• Attend product training seminars and required meetings.
• Researches items or delivery dates by contacting reps, consulting catalogs, and other product literature.
• Develop pricing quotes.
• Provides additional support for customer orders.
• Other duties as assigned
