Job summary

Ludvik Electric Co. is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager for the Greater Phoenix Area. This full-time on-site role offers a competitive benefits package and a salary range of $110,000 to $150,000 per year.

The candidate will oversee industrial projects, coordinate budgets, and ensure safe, efficient project delivery. Ideal applicants have extensive electrical industrial construction experience, proven leadership of foremen and crews, and a track record of completing multiple

Qualifications

• Six years of documented work in electrical industrial construction with at least 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead teams on projects.
• Completed three or more projects from start-up to completion as a Foreman or Supervisor.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of Supervisor duties, responsibilities and expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, evaluate and develop foremen, journeymen and apprentices.
• Demonstrated quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage industrial projects in the Greater Phoenix Area.
• Ensure effective communication, budgeting, project management, and project planning on a daily basis.
