Project Manager – Electrical Construction

Location: Phoenix Metro - Hybrid flexibility available

Pay: $100,000 – $150,000+ DOE

We’re hiring experienced Electrical Project Managers for established contractors in the Phoenix market. These roles support a mix of commercial TI, ground-up, industrial, manufacturing, data center, and specialty electrical projects.

What You’ll Do

• Manage electrical construction projects from award through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, labor, material, and job profitability
• Coordinate field teams, supers, foremen, vendors, and clients
• Lead progress meetings and maintain project momentum
• Maintain strong customer relationships and repeat business opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years Project Manager experience in electrical construction
• Commercial TI and/or ground-up project background
• Strong cost control and labor management skills
• Experience running multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient with project software (Procore, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, etc.)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
