Job summary

MasTec’s Clean Energy & Infrastructure group seeks an Electrical Helper III to install electrical systems on project sites in Texas. You will measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install conduit, pull wires, and set up equipment under the direction of a journeyman and foreman.

Applicants should have 2–3 years of related electrical experience; NCCER certification is preferred. The role involves travel up to 90% to project sites with comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• NCCER Certification/License preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical helper III role.

Responsibilities

• Install raceway systems to project production standards.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install electrical conduit; weld supports.
• May pull wire through conduit; connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment.
• Installation of small electrical equipment and supports.
• Attend safety meetings and complete safety paperwork daily.
• Demonstrate safety as a top priority.
• Understand basic electrical systems (low and high voltage)।
