Job summary

MasTec is seeking an Electrical Helper IV for on-site work in Texas. Responsibilities include installing raceway systems, conduit, and wiring to project specs under supervision. Requires 3+ years’ experience and NCCER certification preferred; safety at the forefront of daily tasks.

Expect long shifts up to 12 hours, travel up to 90% with site presence required, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k/ESPP options.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• NCCER Certification/License (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical helper IV role

Responsibilities

• Installations of Raceway Systems to meet project production standards
• Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks
• May be required to pull wire through conduit; connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment
• Installation of small electrical equipment and supports
• Attend safety meetings and complete safety paperwork on a daily basis
• Demonstrate safety as a top priority
