Foxconn is seeking an Electrical Hardware Engineer to support AI server and rack system integration, diagnostics, validation, and test engineering on the factory floor in Santa Clara, CA. You will maximize yield, reduce cycle time, diagnose system-level electrical issues, and serve as a bridge between manufacturing and R&D.

You will work with high-speed signal integrity, cabling and interconnect validation, ECO verification, and use high-frequency lab equipment to ensure production-quality

Competenze

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (CE), Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience with high-speed signal integrity, cabling, interconnect validation, and high-speed bus architectures.
• 2–4 years using advanced electrical laboratory and production test equipment for high-frequency diagnostics.
• 1+ year of experience with enterprise server or AI server/rack bring-up or similar hardware integration environments.
• Strong ability to bridge R&D design requirements with manufacturing execution and follow electrical safety frameworks.

Mansioni

• Perform signal integrity and high-speed cable/interconnect validation for AI server and rack systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures during L10/L11 integration and production testing; perform root-cause analysis.
• Support server and rack system bring-up, including high-speed interconnect interoperability and physical-layer validation.
• Verify ECOs and ensure production changes align with engineering specs and quality requirements.
• Operate and maintain high-frequency test equipment and ensure proper configuration and safety procedures.
