Job summary

Foxconn E BG Group is seeking a factory-based Diagnostics & System Engineer to modify and validate AI server test programs and diagnostic scripts used on the production and repair floor.

The role requires real-time tuning and verification of test sequences, across hardware, firmware, software, network, storage, GPU, thermal, and power domains. You will work with multiple teams to improve diagnostic accuracy and reduce no-trouble-found conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience diagnosing hardware, firmware, BIOS, and system-level failures.
• Experience in test-program modification and validation in production or lab environments.
• Familiarity with AI server, rack-level systems, and manufacturing test flows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Modify, validate, and release factory test programs and diagnostic scripts under change control.
• Reproduce failures, collect logs, analyze symptoms and error codes to isolate issues.
• Validate diagnostic changes via retest and verification before production release.
• Develop and maintain diagnostic procedures, troubleshooting guides, and change logs.
• Collaborate with Test Eng, Repair, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and suppliers on root cause analysis and action plans.
