Qualifications

• 5 years sales experience, preferably in the home services industry.
• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Follow up on sales leads and manage service proposals.
• Educate customers on service offerings using the Company’s Sales System.
• Develop replacement/upgrade proposals and close sales.
• Prepare financing paperwork and collect payments.
• Maintain performance scorecards and safety policies.
