Job summary

Keyfit Connect is seeking an Electrical General Superintendent to provide field leadership across multiple construction projects in person. You will manage field personnel, manpower, materials, equipment, schedules, safety, quality, and overall field execution to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

The role requires coordinating with project teams, clients, inspectors, utilities, and trades to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction industry experience.
• 5+ years as Electrical General Superintendent or similar role.
• Proven ability to lead field personnel and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Valid driver’s license in the work state.
• Excellent communication with clients, vendors, and crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews across projects.
• Train and develop field personnel at all levels.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and schedules.
• Ensure tools, documentation, training, and certifications are available.
• Oversee safety, quality, and adherence to codes and budgets.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and field performance.
• Coordinate with GC, utilities, inspectors, and other trades.
• Review drawings, changes, and ASIs within contract timelines.
• Perform material takeoffs and coordinate procurement.
• Conduct site visits to review safety and progress.
• Document site walks and project progress with photos.
