Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy in Dallas, TX, is seeking a General Foreman to supervise Foremen and field engineers, ensuring safe, productive, and quality execution of electrical power generation projects on industrial sites.

You will plan labor, materials, tools, and equipment, mentor crews, collaborate with the Trade Superintendent, drive process improvements, and verify conformance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise multiple employees.
• Strong understanding of tools and equipment usage.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and contract documents.
• Familiarity with federal/state codes for the project.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs Foremen and field leads on-site to optimize resources and comply with policies and regulations.
• Provides formal coaching feedback to Foremen and field engineers.
• Schedules equipment, materials, and tools to maximize production and minimize costs.
• Collaborates with Trade Superintendent on scheduled activities.
• Mentors and implements standardized Work Plans and methods.
• Acts as a technical consultant for electrical systems and safety procedures.
• Ensures safe working conditions and adherence to safety regulations.
• Communicates project status and problem areas to the Trade Superintendent.
• Plans staffing, hiring, and disciplining of trade employees.
• Maintains crew and equipment matrices and updates operations analyses.
