Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a General Foreman to oversee multiple electrical crews and supervise field operations on commercial and industrial construction projects in Dallas, TX. You will coordinate manpower, schedules, and resources to ensure quality workmanship and safety on site.

Experience includes 10+ years in electrical construction and 5+ years in leadership roles, with strong NEC knowledge and proven crew management. A valid driver’s license and OSHA 30 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role as a Foreman or General Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and large‑scale projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Plan daily and weekly work activities to meet project schedules and milestones.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor resources.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and company quality standards.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Identify and resolve field issues while minimizing project delays.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower logs, and production tracking.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and customers.
• Mentor and develop field personnel to build high‑performing teams.
