Job summary

Moore's Electrical and Mechanical is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead the installation of electrical projects in Charlottesville and surrounding areas. You will train apprentices, supervise crews, and ensure safety and quality throughout projects.

Responsibilities include assigning tasks, reviewing calculations, coordinating with customers, and reading blueprints. Valid driver’s license required; Journeyman/Master card preferred. Company is ESOP-owned with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman or Master card preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel completing electrical building projects.
• Assign tasks, inspect work, monitor performance and ensure quality standards.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams; interpret construction drawings.
