Moore's Electrical & Mechanical, an ESOP-owned industrial contractor serving Virginia and North Carolina, seeks an Electrical Foreman for the Greater Richmond area. You will lead field teams, uphold safety, manage scheduling, and coordinate with engineers and vendors on multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of industrial electrical experience and at least 2 years of team leadership. Strong communication, problem-solving, and Lean principles are required.

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial electrical experience.
2+ years of job site leadership experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret job site documentation.
Commitment to safety and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

Promote Moore's Vision, Mission and Values among partners.
Ensure safety is the priority and lead on key measures.
Teach Lean principles and oversee continuous improvement with the team.
Oversee manpower allocation and project scheduling.
Maintain relationships with customers, subcontractors, and engineers.
Document project communications and protect client and company interests.
