Job summary

The Electrical Foreman leads project installs, trains apprentices, and ensures quality and safety throughout the job. A Journeyman/Master license is preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills essential.

The role requires reading blueprints, coordinating with customers, and mentoring helpers. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman or Master electrician card preferred.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Computer and technology understanding.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel completing electrical building projects.
• Assign tasks, inspect work, monitor performance, read blueprints, ensure quality and handle customer relations.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints; mentor apprentices.
• Instruct and train helpers; work as a trainer and mentor for apprentices.
• Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
