Moore's Electrical and Mechanical is seeking an Electric Foreman to lead the installation of assigned electrical projects, while training apprentices and helpers. Responsibilities include supervising crews, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality standards on site.

Ideal candidates will have Journeyman or Master license preferred, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety across diverse industrial settings in Staunton and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Journeyman or Master card preferred for leadership.
• Strong leadership to inspire and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel completing electrical building projects.
• Assign tasks, inspect work, monitor performance, read blueprints, ensure quality and customer relations.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints and wiring diagrams.
