Job summary

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking an Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead on site in the Greater Richmond area. The role centers on safety, leadership, and efficient execution of industrial projects while delivering value to clients and the team.

You will oversee manpower allocation, scheduling, and coordination with the Tool and Equipment Department, while promoting Moore's vision and continuous improvement practices on every jobsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial electrical experience.
• 2+ years of job site leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret job site docs.
• Able to work outdoors and at heights.
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Teams, and SmartSheets.
• Lift up to 85 pounds.
• Work in cramped, awkward or confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Promote Moore's Vision, Mission and Values on project sites.
• Safety first: lead by example and ensure safe practices.
• Champion Lean principles with the Continuous Improvement Manager.
• Oversee manpower allocation and project scheduling.
• Maintain relationships with customers, subcontractors and engineers.
• Coordinate with Tool and Equipment Department for needed gear.
• Document project correspondence to protect interests.
• Keep Project Manager and Operations Manager updated on progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Project/Operations Manager.
