Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant field experience.
• Ability to lead and train crew on safety practices.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials.
• Ensure construction equipment is operated and maintained.
• Maintain daily management reports and quantities.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules for the crew.
• Ensure timely completion within estimated costs.
• Maintain crew safety and enforce safety rules.
• Lead toolbox meetings and communicate plans and safety concerns.
• Monitor adherence to company policies.
