Job summary

MasTec seeks an Instrumentation and Electrical Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and inspection of electrical systems in new or remodeled facilities. You will plan daily crew activities, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate materials.

The role requires supervising up to six or more employees, with travel to multiple jobsites and a focus on safest, most efficient production methods. 50-hour weeks and on-site demands feature prominently.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of craft workers.
• Promote safety and enforce safety policies on site.
• Assist in scheduling, planning, and material orders.
• Ensure quality and productivity of work in place.

Responsibilities
