Job summary

Facility Solutions Group is seeking an Electrical Foreman to supervise crews on electrical installations or repairs and to potentially serve as the main site supervisor on smaller projects. The ideal candidate has prior foreman experience, a solid work history, and a commitment to integrity and reliability.

Responsibilities include directing trades on site, coordinating materials and manpower, and ensuring safety compliance with company protocols.

Qualifications

Experience leading a crew or acting as foreman on ground-up construction projects.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Proven ability to manage safety and project paperwork.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliability.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for all FSG Electric field trades on an electrical construction crew or project.
Do a working estimate and take-off jointly with the Project Manager.
Lay out work for subordinate lead persons and ensure material, tools, and manpower are in place.
Establish work schedules and man-loading charts.
Direct crews in installation of feeders, motors, generators, switch gear, and lighting.
Monitor work, schedule tasks, and coordinate with other trades.
Handle or oversee office correspondence and safety reports.
Ensure crew safety and training per FSG Electric processes and protocols.
Show integrity, reliability and a willingness to learn and grow.
