Job summary

Facility Solutions Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Foreman to supervise and run crews on electrical installation or repair projects. You will be the primary jobsite supervisor on smaller sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Strong leadership, reliability, and a track record of foreman roles on ground-up construction are essential. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, be able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to multitask while staying organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive customer service approach.
• Experience leading crews or foreman on ground-up construction projects.
• Experience in lighting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical field trades on an electrical construction crew or project.
• Assist in work estimates and take-offs with the Project Manager.
• Plan material, tools, equipment, and manpower for timely job execution.
• Create work schedules and manage crew loading.
• Direct installation of electrical feeders, motors, pumps, generators, switch gear, and lighting fixtures.
• Monitor progress and coordinate with other trades.
• Handle administrative paperwork and safety reporting.
• Ensure crew safety and compliance with safety processes and protocols.
