Joshua Robert Recruitment Limited is assisting an established national design-build contractor in Blacksburg, VA to hire an Electrical Foreman. This leadership role oversees electrical scope, coordinates manpower, materials, and daily activities to keep projects on schedule, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

You'll work with the Project Superintendent and other trades, using company tech such as iPad and smartphone to manage information and track progress.

Competenze

• Progressive leadership experience in the field of electrical engineering.
• Five years of experience overseeing electrical scope on multi-million-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and safety requirements.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.

• Oversee the assigned electrical scope, coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and daily activities to keep the project on schedule.
• Work closely with Project Superintendent and other trades to ensure effective coordination and execution.
• Maintain and promote high standards of quality and safety.
• Use company-provided technology, including an iPad and smartphone, to manage project information, communicate with teams, track progress, and support timely project completion.
• Supervise and mentor employees working on the designated scope.
