Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician in Indiana to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. You will guide installation, alteration, and repair work while mentoring and training your team to safety and quality standards.

You will read blueprints and project specs, develop material lists, and coordinate with supervision to meet production and budget goals.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams of about five electricians.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers, and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work meets high standards and safety requirements.
• Develop manpower schedules and communicate needs to supervision.
• Prepare material lists from layouts and job site demands.
• Coordinate with supervision to meet production and budget goals.
• Read project specs, blueprints, and schematics to guide work.
