Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on electrical installations in commercial/industrial environments. You will supervise Journeyman, Apprentices and Helpers, mentor the team, and ensure work quality on site.

You will coordinate with supervision, develop schedules, read blueprints, and ensure compliance with NEC and project specs. Willingness to work weekends/overtime and maintain safety standards is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Demonstrates leadership with ability to mentor and coach a team of ~5.
• Strong communication across trades and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and project documents.
• Comfort with learning BlueBeam and Navisworks for project plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards.
