Job summary

Knobelsdorff Enterprises seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on large commercial and industrial projects in Oklahoma City. You’ll coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality while meeting schedules and budgets.

You’ll mentor team members, maintain site communications, and serve as the on-site contact for inspectors and customers. Travel up to 100% regionally may be required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license with 5+ years as Electrical Foreman or Project Lead.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical construction or data center projects.
• Ability to manage crews, schedules, and site communications.
• Experience interpreting drawings, specs, and installation standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% regionally and pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and subcontractors on large commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Represent KE in customer walk-throughs and site meetings.
• Coordinate project materials, deliveries, and crew assignments.
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with code, contract specs, and schedule.
• Enforce safety standards and lead daily tailgate meetings.
• Track and report job progress, site conditions, and crew hours.
• Support and enforce project budgets, timelines, and quality control standards.
• Mentor field team members and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Assist with documentation, change orders, and site logistics.
• Partner with the Construction Manager and project team to solve issues and adjust plans.
• Serve as on-site contact for inspectors, landowners, subcontractors, and customers.
