Job summary

Knobelsdorff Electric Inc. is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead on-site crews on large commercial and industrial projects. You will coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and safety while ensuring quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license with 5+ years as Electrical Foreman or Project Lead.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical construction and data center projects.
• Able to manage crews, schedules, and site communications independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% regionally with overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and subcontractors on large commercial and industrial projects.
• Represent KE in customer walk-throughs and site meetings.
• Coordinate project materials, deliveries, and crew assignments.
• Ensure work complies with code, contract specs, and schedule.
• Enforce safety standards and lead daily tailgate meetings.
• Track and report job progress, site conditions, and crew hours.
• Support budgets, timelines, and quality control standards.
• Mentor field team members and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Assist with documentation, change orders, and site logistics.
• Serve as on-site contact for inspectors, landowners, subcontractors, customers.
