Knobelsdorff is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead on-site crews for large commercial and industrial electrical projects. You’ll coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, safety, and customer expectations while ensuring timely, high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• Journeyman License and 5+ years of experience in an Electrical Foreman or Project Lead role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical construction or data center construction.
• Ability to manage crews, schedules, and on-site communication.
• Experience interpreting drawings, specs, and installation standards.
• Understanding of budget control, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; team-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% regionally with overnight stays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and subcontractors on large commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Represent KE in customer walk-throughs and site meetings.
• Coordinate project materials, deliveries, and crew assignments.
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with code, contract specs, and schedule.
• Enforce safety standards and lead daily tailgate meetings.
• Track and report job progress, site conditions, and crew hours.
• Support and enforce project budgets, timelines, and quality control standards.
• Mentor field team members and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Assist with documentation, change orders, and site logistics.
• Partner with the Construction Manager and project team to solve issues and adjust plans as needed.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for inspectors, landowners, subcontractors, and customers.
