Job summary

Citation Oil & Gas Corp. is seeking a seasoned Electrical Foreman to lead field crews in Oklahoma. You will design, install, and maintain electrical systems, ensure safe operation, and enforce compliance with industry regulations on site.

The role requires strong problem-solving, cost awareness, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and power providers while monitoring bills and ensuring efficient production. You will train crews, schedule maintenance, and document field tickets.

Qualifications

  • High School education or GED.
  • Able to wear breathing air equipment and pass pulmonary function and fit tests.
  • Completion of safety and regulatory training as scheduled by Citation.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, installs, and maintains electrical equipment and installations to ensure safe, profitable, and efficient operations.
  • Conducts operations in compliance with regulatory rules.
  • Oversees repairs and third-party services when needed.
  • Diagnoses problems with Citation’s electrical equipment within the Region.
  • Recommends improvements to supervisor.
  • Maintain relationships with electrical power company representatives.
  • Evaluate operations to increase production and reduce downtime.
  • Monitor monthly electrical bills and report discrepancies to the Senior Electrical Foreman.
  • Sign and date field tickets for all electrical work.
