Job summary

Cec Companies is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead electrical construction crews in Oklahoma. You will supervise field trades, ensure safety, coordinate with on-site teams, and manage materials, schedules, and manpower to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate has a Journeyman Electrician License and at least 6 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience, with strong leadership and knowledge of building codes. Travel is limited, and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Current Journeyman Electrician License (TX or reciprocal).
• Minimum 6 years’ or more of commercial/industrial electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field trades on an electrical construction crew or project.
• Coordinate with other contractors and trades on site to ensure smooth workflow of projects.
• Lay out work for subordinate lead persons and coordinate with the Project Manager for materials, tools, equipment, and manpower.
• Direct subordinate crews in installation of electrical feeders, pumps, motors, and control/distribution equipment.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company processes and protocols.
