Job summary

Knobelsdorff is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead on-site crews for commercial and industrial electrical projects. You will coordinate labor, materials, safety, and customer expectations, ensuring work is completed on time and to high quality.

The role requires a Journeyman Electrician license with 5+ years in an electrical foreman or lead position, plus strong drawing interpretation and budgeting skills. Travel up to regional areas is possible with a valid license and clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license with 5+ years in Electrical Foreman or Project Lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical construction.
• Ability to manage crews, schedules, and onsite communication.
• Experience interpreting drawings, specs, and installation standards.
• Understanding of budget control, documentation, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and subcontractors on large commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Represent KE in customer walk-throughs and site meetings.
• Coordinate project materials, deliveries, and crew assignments.
• Ensure work complies with code, specs, and schedule.
• Mentor field team members and enforce safety standards.
