Job summary

Loenbro Electrical Foremen lead and direct crews of journeyman electricians in the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The Foreman owns safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance for the crew and scope.

You will read drawings and Navis models, plan work, coordinate materials, and ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and client requirements. The role remains hands-on as crew size grows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; completion of a registered electrical apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the applicable state.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification (or obtained within 90 days).
• 7+ years in commercial/industrial electrical work; foreman/leading experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct crews of 4–15 electricians across projects.
• Plan work from drawings, specifications, and Navis/BIM models.
• Ensure NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA compliance and quality standards.
• Coordinate safety, scheduling, and daily reporting.
