Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead and coordinate electricians on commercial and industrial projects. The role requires journeyman-level electrical knowledge and NEC familiarity.

You will manage day-to-day field operations, collaborate with project managers and other trades, and mentor team members to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Qualifications

• Electrical Systems: understanding of wiring, circuits, transformers, distribution panels and control systems.
• California Electrical Journeyman Certification.
• Electrical Codes and Regulations: familiarity with NEC and local codes to ensure compliance and safety.
• Blueprint Reading: reading electrical blueprints, schematics and drawings for installation planning.
• Safety Protocols: knowledge of OSHA standards for safe work environments.
• Materials and Equipment: understanding of electrical materials and proper handling.
• Troubleshooting: diagnose faults and implement solutions.
• Project Management: basic planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Communication: excellent verbal and written communication.
• Interpersonal and customer service: strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices, assign tasks, set expectations and ensure safety and quality.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing development for team members.
• Plan and schedule electrical work to meet deadlines and coordinate with managers and other trades.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with codes and project standards.
• Enforce safety policies, lead daily safety meetings and ensure PPE usage.
• Manage materials, tools and equipment; coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement effective solutions.
• Document progress, labor hours, incidents and material usage; report to management.
• Resolve conflicts among crew, subcontractors, or partners; foster collaboration.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
