Job summary

The Electrical Foreman at Loenbro is a traveling leadership role supervising electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects. You will apply journeyman-level expertise and NEC knowledge to ensure safe, compliant installations while coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades across sites including Franklin, TN, Columbia, SC, and surrounding locations.

You will mentor team members, manage labor, materials, and schedules, communicate progress, and maintain safety

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction and time management.
• Advanced knowledge of NEC electrical codes.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, transformers, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electricians and apprentices; assign tasks and provide feedback.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing development.
• Plan and schedule electrical work to meet deadlines.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and equipment; ensure maintenance.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Document progress, labor hours, safety incidents, and material usage.
