Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Foreman (Traveling) to supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects across multiple sites. The role demands journeyman-level electrical expertise, NEC knowledge, and strong leadership to meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating with project managers and trades, mentoring staff, and managing labor, materials, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction and time management.
• Advanced knowledge of NEC electrical codes.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, transformers, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electricians and apprentices, assign tasks, set expectations, ensure safety and quality.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing development opportunities.
• Plan and schedule electrical work to meet deadlines and allocate labor/resources.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and proper use of materials/equipment; ensure maintenance of tools.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, and clients; coordinate with other trades.
