Job summary

Loenbro seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects. You will supervise journeyman-level electricians, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, and ensure work meets safety standards and codes.

Responsibilities include planning labor, mentoring team members, and maintaining quality workmanship while managing materials, schedules, and field operations.

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level electrical expertise and NEC knowledge.
• California Electrical Journeyman Certification required.
• Familiarity with national, state and local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Proficient blueprint reading and interpretive skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices; assign tasks and monitor safety and quality.
• Train and develop team members; manage performance and give feedback.
• Plan and schedule electrical work to meet deadlines and optimize resources.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with codes and project specs.
• Enforce safety policies; conduct daily safety meetings and ensure PPE usage.
• Manage procurement, materials, and equipment; coordinate with PMs and subs.
• Document progress, labor hours, and incidents; report to management.
• Resolve conflicts and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.
