Job summary

Power Design, Inc. seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead field teams and manage multimillion‑dollar electrical projects across Texas.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, with use of company iPads and mobile tech on site. Experienced leaders with a valid journeyman or master electrician license, strong NEC knowledge, and solid communication skills will drive onsite performance and coaching of crew members.

Qualifications

• Progressive electrical leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path.
• Skilled field supervisor with at least five (5) years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Must have an active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Must have at least basic computer and writing skills.
• Demonstrate and uphold all of Power Design's core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and other trades; manage material and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on site.
• Use company-provided technology (iPad and smartphone) to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on designated scope.
