Facility Solutions Group, Inc. seeks an Electrical Foreman to supervise crews on electrical install/repair projects in Texas. You will manage field trades, help with takes/estimates with the PM, and ensure material, tools, and manpower are in place for timely progress.

The role requires prior foreman or lead experience on new ground-up construction, a valid driver's license, strong communication, and a focus on safety and reliability. Lighting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to multitask while staying organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Experience leading crews or serving as foreman on ground-up projects.
• Experience with lighting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be responsible for all FSG Electric field trades on a crew or project.
• Prepare a working estimate and take-off with the Project Manager.
• Lay out work for leads; ensure material, tools, and manpower are in place.
• Establish schedules and man-loading charts.
• Direct crews in installation of electrical feeders, pumps, motors, and generators.
• Monitor progress, direct crews, and coordinate with other trades.
• Assist with on-site production or instruction as needed.
• Handle or oversee office paperwork such as reports and time sheets.
• Ensure crew safety; enforce safety protocols and investigate incidents.
