Job summary

Royal Electric is seeking an Electrical Foreman for projects in the DFW metroplex. Lead field crews, oversee safety, quality, and scheduling while coordinating withSuperintendent/GC to drive on-time completion.

The ideal candidate will have a Texas Journeyman license, 10+ years of experience, and strong skills in plan reading, conduit bending, and NEC/NFPA70E compliance. We offer competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Journeyman Certification in the State of Texas.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical construction.
• Must have electrical skills including plan reading, conduit bending, feeder/branch wiring, and NEC/NFPA70E knowledge.
• Ability to lead a crew of electricians on field projects full-time.
• Proficient with power tools and basic computer usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of electricians and maintain on-time project delivery.
• Lead and supervise crews of apprentices and journeymen.
• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Lay out work and coordinate materials, tools, and schedules.
• Enforce safety standards and mentor field personnel.
