Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on electrical scopes for construction/maintenance projects. You will supervise crew of electricians and related trades, coordinate with the Superintendent to align with schedules, and ensure work meets drawings and safety standards on projects up to $50 million.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager or Foreman on projects $20M+.
• Experience with low/medium voltage construction is preferred.
• Experience leading and overseeing a crew.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Federal construction project experience (CBP, USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, DHS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily field operations for assigned electrical scopes.
• Direct in-house field crews including electricians and other trades.
• Coordinate daily work with the Superintendent and schedule resources.
• Monitor field production and communicate delays or shortages.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specs, and quality requirements.
• Enforce site safety requirements and address unsafe conditions.
• Participate in daily field and safety meetings with leadership.
• Support inspections, testing, punch-list, and closeout activities.
• Maintain accountability for crew productivity and workmanship.
