Job summary

ALBD Electric & Cable is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead larger crews on significant electrical scopes. You will translate project plans into field work, manage labor and materials, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities include coordination with trades, cost awareness, and mentoring junior foremen. The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and the ability to drive complex projects to milestones in a robust contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of crews on commercial electrical scopes.
• Strong short-term planning, labor/productivity management, and coordination.
• Ability to interpret project schedules and align field work with milestones.
• Advancement target: manage complex scopes with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: lead larger crews or multiple work areas and set daily priorities.
• Planning & Production: develop short-term lookahead plans and forecast needs.
• Technical & Quality: review drawings, ensure code compliance and quality.
• Coordination & Cost Awareness: identify gaps and manage risk before delays.
• Leadership Development: mentor Journeymen and Foremen for growth.
