You’ll manage tool inventories, track hours, review QC plans, and update as-built drawings weekly. Strong safety discipline and clear communication with field teams are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 6+ years in electrical industry.
• Associate degree with 4+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and schedule crews to complete work orders.
• Assure installations meet high-quality standards and QC plans.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings; update weekly.
• Monitor safety, productivity, and task completion on site.
• Maintain tool inventories and track hours/units daily.
• Prepare information packages (drawings, schedules, cut sheets).
• Submit daily reports and manage inspections per QC procedures.
• Handle incident reporting and ensure clean-up to standard.
