M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews, plan productivity, and ensure installation quality on complex electrical projects.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and adherence to project specifications in field environments. Responsibilities include coordinating materials, managing tools, preparing information packages, and maintaining accurate as-built drawings, with a strong focus on quality control and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a High School diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with an Associate degree.

Responsabilités

• Productivity Planning for assigned scope of work.
• Material Phasing – Organize Material by specific areas/floors and track inventories.
• Tools & Equipment management and inspection, sign-in/out.
• Prepare Information Packages for each crew (drawings, schedules, cut sheets).
• Maintain clean work areas and ensure safety compliance.
• Submit daily hours/units per crew using standard time sheets.
• Perform QC inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Update as-built drawings on a weekly basis.
• Maintain inventory and tool accountability; report losses or damages.
• Review AHA's and submit daily equipment inspection sheets.
• Investigate and document accidents/incidents within 24 hours.
