Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Foreman in the United States to plan, organize, and schedule crews for assigned electrical work.

You will ensure high-quality installations, oversee QC procedures, and maintain as-built drawings and tool inventories, while enforcing safety and efficiency on site. Responsibilities include daily reporting, material phasing, and documentation of safety and quality processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a High School diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with an Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Productivity Planning for assigned scope of work.
• Material Phasing – Organize Material by specific areas/floors.
• Tools & Equipment - Identify all tools and equipment required to support each crew.
• Information Packages – Each crew activity must have information packages (contract drawings, shop drawings, panel schedules, etc.).
• Keep control of breaks and timekeeping.
• Daily hour/unit reports for their crews – Submit hours/units daily.
• Quality control inspections of work completed – Follow QC plan & check lists.
• Responsible for installing the work in a professional manner and high-quality standard.
• Maintaining accurate as built drawings – Update weekly.
• Inventory of all tools & equipment – end of day logging.
• Lost/Stoned/Damage tool report.
• AHA’s – All AHA’s related to Foreman’s scope of work must be reviewed.
• Support Equipment Inspection – weekly inspection sheets.
• Accident/Incident Reporting & Investigation – within 24 hours.
• Clean Up – ensure work areas left broom swept.
