This role emphasizes training, quality control, and coordinating resources to meet project goals. Candidates should hold a high school diploma or GED and electrician licensure or equivalent experience, with a commitment to safety and team leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensure as an electrician OR 4–10 years related experience.
• Must be able to read specifications and blueprints and implement safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electricians, apprentices, helpers and temp workers.
• Inspect work progress and equipment to ensure safety and specifications.
• Prepare safety analyses and reports (Jobsite Safety Analysis, Hazard Analysis).
• Read blueprints and plan procedures to meet project requirements.
• Train workers in construction methods and safety and supervise daily activities.
