Job summary

Adams Electric Company is seeking a knowledgeable supervisor to lead electricians, apprentices, and temporary workers on construction projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely progress by coordinating schedules, materials, and resources on site.

The ideal candidate has strong blueprint reading skills, an electrical license, and 4–10 years of related experience. This full-time role offers competitive wages and a path to career advancement within Adams Electric.

Qualifications

• Must hold an electrical license or equivalent certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–10 years related experience or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and supervise electricians, apprentices, helpers and temporary workers.
• Implement quality control measures and ensure safety on job sites.
• Inspect work progress, equipment and sites for safety and specification compliance.
• Prepare safety analyses and reports (Jobsite Safety Analysis, Jobsite Hazard Analysis).
• Interpret project schedule and forecast manpower requirements.
• Read specifications and blueprints to plan procedures and determine construction requirements.
• Track and manage materials and supplies.
• Coordinate activities with management, trade partners and contractors to resolve issues.
