Adams Electric Company is seeking a capable supervisor to direct electricians, apprentices and temporary workers on construction sites. You will lead daily operations, enforce safety and quality controls, and coordinate with management and contractors to meet project goals.

The role requires a valid electrician license and 4–10 years of related experience, with strong leadership and planning abilities. Indoor/outdoor work and safety requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Possess valid electrician licensure.
• 4–10 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on job sites and manage teams of electricians, apprentices, helpers and temporary workers.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets specifications.
• Inspect progress, equipment and sites for safety and compliance; plan two-week look-ahead manpower.
