Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensure as an electrician OR 4–10 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, manage and coordinate electricians, apprentices, helpers, and temporary workers.
• Lead by example and implement quality control measures.
• Inspect work progress and safety at sites to ensure specifications are met.
• Prepare safety and project documentation (e.g., JSA, JHA).
• Coordinate manpower and forecast needs based on project schedules.
• Read blueprints to plan procedures and determine requirements.
• Train workers in construction methods and safety policies.
• Supervise and assign activities of crew and subcontractors.
