The selected candidate will read blueprints, coordinate materials, and train team members to follow established procedures and policies for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Licensure as an electrician OR 4–10 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and supervise electricians, apprentices, helpers, and temporary workers.
• Inspect work, ensure safety, and verify specifications.
• Prepare safety analyses and reports (JSAs/JHAs).
• Forecast manpower and read blueprints to plan procedures.
• Coordinate materials, scheduling, and site activities.
• Train workers on methods, equipment safety, and company policies.
