Job summary

Adams Electric is seeking a seasoned supervisor to directly supervise, manage, and coordinate activities of electricians, apprentices, helpers, and temporary workers on our projects.

The role requires leading by example, overseeing scheduling with the Superintendent and other trades, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, OSHA 30, and licensure as an electrician or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Direct supervision of electricians, apprentices, helpers and temp workers.
• Read specifications and blueprints to plan procedures?
• Lead by example and ensure project schedule compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and oversee crew activities.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and other trades to meet deadlines.
• Develop safety plans and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to Adams Electric standards.
